Affiliate Commissions

Commission Determination Commissions are equal to $12.50 per qualified lead until, in one month, 300 qualified leads are met when all qualified leads (from that point forward) will result in the payout of $13.00 per qualified lead. (See the chart on the right.)

We pay lead commissions when the following conditions are met: 1) America One?s Loan Service terms and conditions are accepted by Client linking to our site from your site. 2) A loan request is approved for Client that linked to our site from your site based upon individual loan program requirements. 3) The affiliate is the owner or an employee of the website or is in some way legally partnered with the affiliated website.

Commissions are paid out monthly when the total sum owed to the affiliate is greater than or equal to $100. All affiliates are responsible for the payment of taxes related to income generated by being an America One Funding affiliate.

Any affiliate must be either a US resident or have an address in the United States where we can send the payout checks. We retain the right to terminate any affiliate at any time without prior notice.

The commissions paid under this Agreement are for use by you only and may not be transferred or in any manner passed on to any third party unless expressly authorized in writing by us.
